Toronto Research Network (TRN) has supplied recruiting services for qualitative market research studies on behalf of clients in Canada, the U.S. and Europe for 25 years. We identify, interview and empanel qualified consumers, business people and civil servants for discussion groups on a wide range of issues. In addition to in-person and online focus groups, TRN also conducts one-on-one interviews with representatives of industry and government who are compensated for their time and with high-profile opinion leaders who are asked to participate in a study on a voluntary basis.

TRN possesses recruiting resources that can only be built over time. Our continuously growing database of Canadians of all ages is a tool for including or excluding candidates in a study based on a myriad of socio-economic factors, including voting preferences, ethnicity and past participation in market research studies. But it is just as common for us to recruit participants by cold-calling external, public sources or by contacting confidential lists shared with us by a client for use exclusively in one study. And TRN’s staff of Researchers is a dependable and experienced team of industry professionals trained and supervised by the principals.

In addition to recruitment, TRN services include managing facility and equipment rental, technical arrangements, script writing and more.

We would be pleased to consult with you regarding the practicalities of achieving the goals of your research project and to generate a quote for services based on our considerable experience in the field.
